    Dan has been training my husband for around 6 months now and recently I started to go along to the sessions as well. Dan is very knowledgeable and tailors the sessions to our specific requirements. He always ensures that our technique is correct to avoid injury. He changes the routine every time to optimise the results, which makes every session different, interesting, challenging and fun! We are delighted with the results, as we are both looking and feeling so much stronger and fitter. Wed like to say a huge thank you to Dan for his support and encouragement. We are looking forward to continuing to improve our fitness under his guidance.

    I have been working with Alex for around a month now, with the main goal being to get fitter and lose weight. When we contacted Tom originally, our enquiry was dealt with very promptly, politely, and straight away both my husband and I felt at ease. Alex is encouraging without being patronising, and is so friendly as well as personable. Sessions are varied, and I feel like I am being pushed without being pushed too far. Although initially both of us thought it would be a shorter term thing to give us a push, we are both planning on carrying on with our sessions as we feel we are getting a lot out of them.

Tom Recognised my problems straightaway and tailored A program to my needs Toms been the best money I have spent on anything over the past two years could not recommend him anymore and he really nice guy 4 months now and my back is stronger then every highly recommend him

    Id like to say a huge thank I you to both Tom and Dan for their support, encouragement and most of all their expertise in helping me regain my fitness this year. The years of sitting at my desk and commuting in the train had taken a real toll on my health. At the start of the summer I set myself a personal goal to focus on my health and well-being, with a specific focus on getting stronger (not just slimmer). At my initial meeting with Tom he listened intently and asked thoughtful questions about my goals and objectives. Ive been training with Tom and Dan for 5 months now and I incredibly proud To say Ive lost weight, lost inches, gained muscle mass and increased my fitness levels. This was possible because the team set very clear training objectives for me from the outset, they listened when I made suggestions and incorporated those into the programme. They reassured me me when I felt I wasnt making progress and celebrated me when I did. The training sessions are continually adapted to stretch me or reflect my increased fitness ability. I have never watched the clock when during a training session and Ive never been bored! Quite the opposite. One of the best things about training with this team is the client activity weekends they organise. I joined them on their Snowdon trip this year which was an absolute blast. Fabulous fun from start to finish. Its great way of testing your fitness levels after months of training as well as incentivising you on carry on. Ive already signed up to the Norway trip which the team are helping me to get physically fit for. Once again, thank you both for your professionalism and support. Looking forward to the next challenge!
