        Rob is a brilliant personal trainer. Ive had a few trainers over the years and what impressed me most about him is how much he listens and really tailors our training to achieve the results Im looking for. He instantly understood what I wanted and designed a great programme with sessions that are the right balance of tough yet motivating and fun. Hes also an absolute gent. I would recommend Rob in a heartbeat.
