I bought a Iphone from Dom Bryant on Ebay, described as Grade A, pristine, fully checked, like new. I fully charged the phone, 2 hours later the battery had drained, I sent him a message, but soon realised he does not reply once he has your money. I took the phone to the Apple shop,, the battery was running on 81% capacity, so they recommended a new battery at a cost of 45. I had the battery installed and the battery still drained within a couple of hours. I went back to the Apple shop and they said it was a hardware fault and that the phone needed to be replaced. I had to message several times to ask for a refund, Dom told me to send it back and he would pay for the return postage, he also agreed to send the new battery back to me. After several more messages, with no reply, he finally refunded me for the phone, and will not reply to me now for the return postage cost or to return the battery, which belongs to me. I would advise you not to deal with this company as he is being dishonest in his descriptions of the phones he is selling, he does not care about his customers .
