Bad receptionist, wanted to cancel my appointment and giving me some attitude at the end.

I have visited Loveday Opticians twice now to have my eyes checked. After having major surgery on both eyes, I was looking for an Opticians who I felt confident with to take cares of my fragile eyes. I have found the service exceptional. They were thorough, listened to what surgery I had had then then went through all of the tests and checks. The glasses service was fast and efficient, with a quick fitting and their technician getting the glasses right first time. A return visit and the level of service was still as good and although my prescription hadn't changed, I purchased a new pair of glasses and received replacement lenses as part of a deal. There was no pressure to buy the glasses, which is a welcome change from other opticians who try and sell you multiple pairs of glasses.

I had my ear wax removed at Loveday Opticians and the service was very professional and friendly. Time was taken to explain the process and to listen to any concerns. It took more than one visit due to my narrow ear canals, but I paid only once for this service. My hearing is so much better now. The reception staff and opticians obviously care about their work and are so friendly and polite. Highly recommended.

Best opticians around. All the staff are, very friendly , cheerful and exceptionally helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, for any of them. A very pleasant experience to visit
