Cancelled on me at the very last minute

I was homeless in 2012,I was trying to find a flat and walked into Alastairs estate agency,He drove me around and found me a flat on Bell street,as you could imagine this practically saved my life.I left a 675 deposit on this flat under the tenancy deposit scheme with Alastair.I didn't have a great time with my flat in Bell street(not Alastairs fault at all) and decided to move out in november 2018,I rang Alastair on a monday notifying him that I was leaving after nearly 6 years and would like my deposit back please....by friday he paid it back,in full with no quibles or disputes,into my bank account.This money enabled me to move again and was most welcome.On my last day I had a lovely cup of herbal tea with Alastair and his charming wife Michele,out the back of his office.In all a pleasant experience and above all this guy has a big heart and is honest.I would place my trust and cash in this man again. Didnt have any luck with a number of nationally recognised mortgage companies including London & Country who informed me I would not be able to get a mortgage for my proposed property. However after speaking with Insight felt a great deal more confident. Am due to complete this week and this would not have been possible without Insight and in particular Tommy who handled my case expectionally from start to finish. I would have no hesitation in recommending Insight to my family and friends!
