I contacted 3 companies regarding having a new front door. Everbrite were the only ones to physically come out and assess the door and provide me with a quotation. The other 2 companies asked me to provide rough measurements for them to give a quote. No hard sales from Nick, just knew exactly what was required. I found them to be the cheapest of the 3 companies, however I was happy to go with Everbrite as they had assessed the door in person and shown me samples, so I knew the quote was correct. Deposit paid upon order. Door fitted around 8 weeks later. Door fitted on the fitting date within 4 hours. Very pleased with the service, Fensa certificate received and a 10 year guarantee. I will look to use Everbrite in the future for any glazing needs.

I had a good experience with this company around 10 years ago so thought I'd try them again to install a new window and door for me. They were able to book the installation quite quickly which was good but I felt the sales person was really pushy, calling often just to secure a deposit. Once I gave the deposit he pretty much washed his hands of me. On the day of the installation the fitters started demanding money before they would leave. Sadly the installation was very poor and now there are gaps at the top of the window / door which is collecting water. Since I have already paid the company just doesn't care at all. It's almost impossible to call them because no one ever picks up - I called numerous times, left voicemails, sent about 5-6 emails. So far they haven't done anything. They keep saying they will send an engineer to check - but nothing, they didn't even leave the keys for the window. I'm really surprised how poor this company is now which is a shame. I've arranged for an inspector to make an independent report so that I can get a refund as I am officially fed up of chasing Everbrite to fix the issue.

I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience with Everbrite. This started with the Salesman Nick who was not only patient (we took 18 months to get round to ordering), definitely not pushy and also helped us to make the right choice. Then came the customer service, taking into consideration our choice of times to have the windows fitted, informing us what to expect, what they'd like us to do in preparation and even recommending we asked questions whist the fitters were with us. We've just had the windows installed by two fantastic blokes (Brad & Mike) who couldn't do enough. They turned up when they said they would (should be a pre-requisite but if you've ever had workmen in your house you'll understand), didn't once get annoyed by questions, happy to ask us if this or that was ok and have done a brilliant job, the windows look amazing. No mess, no damage anywhere and even managed to adjust our front door that had sagged a little. Can't rate these guys highly enough. Over all I would thoroughly recommend Everbrite, certainly got everything we hoped for.
