Paid 114 for a diagnosis. Had fitted an aftermarket catalytic convertor and new sensors and the EML had come on.They cleared it,drove for less than a mile and it came on again.Went back,they cleared it and it came back on again. Went back and was told that they would fit in new genuine sensors and that my car also needed needed plugs and an oil change which obviously weren't part of the problem. I was told that they would give me a quotation. Waited and no one called me back.Then called and was informed that a quotation will be ready by closing time.Nothing was ready and no-one called me.Went to another garage which charged me 39 for the diagnosis and the following day my car was sorted for only 165.This garage should learn to be efficient and not make promises which they can't fulfil. Am disappointed. They wasted my time for nothing. Service: Exhaust

The team were keen to help with a few issues with my Audi a5, and although it took a few visits to rectify my re-illuminating engine light, as well as some other issues being identified throughout my journey with this garage, I was impressed at the efficiency and knowledge of the mechanics. It was clear that they were aware of my frustration at points, and I felt that they dealt with me very professionally, offering me good advice with my car from the start.
