Just been cleaning glass etc in last few days and had to unscrew one of the fixings to restraighten glass and it dropped on ground and was lost.
Its not a standard screw and has a Matt black finish.
After contacting Astro directly Yogi in Quality Assurance replied and promptly sent a replacement.
I am so impressed they took the time to deal with such a small enquiry and so promptly.
