        Harlow Library has improved so much! Lots of free services available ( Free DBS and ID check) and activities for kids ( After school club on Wednesdays). I am grateful and thankful to all the great people that work tirelessly to support the public, always with a smile and kindness! Love the initiative of ACL cafe, it is a valuable addition to the Library! The ladies at the cafe are very professional, the food is fabulous and affordable! Thank you very much all, hope you will be rewarded for your hard work and the value that you bring in our lives!

        Far too noisy, certain group of people treat it like it's a pub or a cafe, staff not interested in dealing with them.
