On se sent tout de suite l'aise, tout est disposition, salon, cuisine,jeux ...un jardin priv dans un parc grandiose. Nous tions si dsols de ne pas bien savoir parler l'anglais, le propritaire nous a sauvs par sa comptence et le jeune rceptionniste a su faire preuve de patience. Enfin un endroit qui a une me. Pas comme les chanes d'htel ou l'on consomme du touriste. On y sjourne 2 nuits mais je sais dj qu'on gardera le souvenir le restant de notre vie.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Comfortable beds, plenty of room, and wonderful amenities down stairs! (Though I personally didn't have a chance to take advantage of them due to my schedule.) The staff is beyond friendly and helpful! I have problems with my legs and they were glad not only to help me get my not light bags up and down stairs but escorted me all the way to the street and helped me get my bags into my taxi! Absolutely LOVE the place will be staying there again!

I stayed here for 10 days in a dorm room. Of course this is a hostel so the quality of equipment is not of five star hotels, but the time I spent here is a very unique precious gem of my life. First of all the staff here are friendly and reliable. They accommodate your requests, and if you have any complaints or grievances, they will listen to you. Second, the location is very convenient. Harlow is in the middle between Stansted Airport and London, and the hostel is some 15 minutes walk from Harlow Town railway station. Hostel is also right next to a very big natural park. The town center is some 20 minute walk away from the hostel, and a Sainsbury's is on your way to the center. Third, I don't think I'm the only one about this, other guests you meet here will be friendly and interesting (I'm not saying I am). I was in a difficult situation when I stayed here, and I was able to get through it with fun people around, watching the World Cup football games together in the dining room. Fourth, the kitchen is well equipped. You can buy groceries from the Sainsbury's, you will have a small compartment in the pantry, and nobody will steal your food from the fridge.
