I have been trying to contact a urology consultant for over 3 weeks and the 3 numbers I were given from various people from main reception were all unrecognisable and the 1 number which I was given, I had to leave a voicemail, 3 voicemail later still no one has contacted me im very disappointed.

Absolutely disgraceful we have been here a number of times now with an appointment time and have waited over an hour just to be seen. The staff seem to be finding the situation funny when asked.

Part of Princess Alexandra Hospital. For outpatients. Like the rest of the hospital (and in fact Harlow itself) it is badly signposted and externally ugly. Wifi enabled. Set away from the main hospital. Very impressed internally Helpful friendly staff and nurses. The specialist I saw quickly pulled together the problems I've had for the past 8 months and is arranging treatment. Can't tell the book by its cover.
