What a joy, good old fashioned customer service at its best. These guys have been outstanding from start to finish. I cannot recommend enough. We has an issue with our tap of 4 years, after pointing us in the direction to identify the serial no, we were informed that the product was still under warranty and an engineer would be out to replace it if it couldn't be fixed. Breath of fresh air! Easy to contact. Hazel was a joy to deal with. They called back to confirm appointment when they said they would. Luke turned up as promised with the replacement heater tank and fitted it inside of 20 minutes. No hassle, no issues. No pathetic attempt to excuse poor service with Covid problems. Mainly because they didn't offer poor service. I wish all service companies were as efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Really professional, with great quality workmanship with reasonable prices. Had them service a boiler, megaflo and fit a Magnaclean and they really made sure everything was perfect and fixed a few other bits and bobs at no extra cost.
