        I booked for a trim and full hair dye. I asked for the 'dead ends' to be trimmed and it just took a few minutes before he set about dying my hair. This was left on for 30 minutes. A lady then rinsed, washed and conditioned my hair. The hairdresser had left to work elsewhere. It was only when the lady was drying my hair that I saw how much had actually been cut. My hair was long enough to sit on, and had been around that length for forty years, it was my pride and joy. Now it's only just below my shoulders. I am so upset that I have spent the rest of today crying. I'm too scared to look in the mirror..

        My wife got her hair done and it was the most disgusting and embarrassing haircut ever. Resulting in me having to bite her hair off as there was bits two inches longer. Not good, do no go to this salon
