Very disappointed in my treatment at IOS money above service. Dan repeatedly cancelled my sessions and then refused to refund my money, when I ran out of time to reschedule them.

What more could you want from a studio? Great coaches, great members. Everyone gets along so well and is very welcoming. Been here a year now and still love training with these girls and guys. 10/10 recommend.

I hadnt set foot in a gym since Covid or having a baby and wouldnt look back! The classes are amazing, they really push you but after you know you are getting great results! The coaches are brilliant and the classes and exercises are constantly mixed up, theres a lovely community of members and whatsap groups to support you. Couldnt recommend it highly enough.

I use to hate exercise, but now, thanks to Inside Out Studio, not only do I really enjoy exercising but also I have learned so much about my own strength, about nutrition and how to exercise correctly. Coaches are knowledgeable and supportive and know yourlimits and how to push you to improve and achieve better results. I had never thought I could lift heavy weights, but I am so much stronger now! Classes are so varied, so much to choose from! Inside Out Studio is notjust "the gym"; it is a community full of amazing people. Working out is fun every time! I cannotimagine training anywhere else! Thank you all!

I joined Inside Out studios last year and it has been an amazing place to train, both in the studio and online during lockdowns. Everyone there is so welcoming and supportive, I really feel like I'm part of a community of likeminded people. The trainers are lovely and really knowledgeable. I really enjoy their classes and they always motivate and push me to continuously improve. Highly recommend IOS!
