AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I sued this company. My hearing date was 12th January 2023. I subsequently sold my house, so could no longer continue with my claim. I had 3 laminated toughened glass worktops fitted 3 years ago. The glass was supposedly 'strong & durable' and could withstand a full tin of beans or saucepan being dropped on them. They even claim on their website how 'durable" their glass is. From the first time they came to template, was the beginning of my nightmare. THREE TIMES they measured incorrectly. Rather than admit their incompetence, they tried to blame my kitchen fitter TWICE for their errors, when in fact their templaters kept asking HIM how to measure properly. I had mirrored splash backs which they did not take into account. Less than 2 years after installation, a cup fell from my hand and landed on the shorter length worktop. It shattered and shards of glass protruded upwards. The cup did NOT break, it chipped. I called this company and told them what happened. I spoke to Charles whose response was "well it's glass and it's not unbreakable". Im fully aware of that, but this was a china cup, NOT a breezeblock. They reluctantly agreed to replace it. It transpired there was a weakness in the glass as it had not been fitted correctly in the first instance, and it was bowed. It was only a matter of time. Ross, the owner, came out with a young chap to fit a replacement. Ross is the most arrogant, ill- mannered man who swears, berates & belittles his staff when in your property. He constantly complains how tired & busy he is. Very unprofessional. I cautioned him about his language on a couple of occasions. Ross has the ability to make you feel you're wasting his time and causing HIM grief, when it was his product and shoddy workmanship that caused the problems. These worktops cost a lot of money. The replacement did not fit and RUN UPHILL, nor did it reach the end wall so they packed it out with filler to make it fit. There was a huge gap between the worktop and drawers it was supposed to sit on. It did not sit flush. The worktop was so uneven I could fit a small booklet in between the spirit level and the worktop. All pictures are included in this review. Ross's suggestion to remedy this was to fill the gap with silicone and a wedged shape piece of coloured wood! The wood would remain in situ when the bottom drawers were opened!! Ross tried to blame my kitchen fitter AGAIN saying the carcasses were uneven. Another lie!! My kitchen fitter came out, took pictures of the drawers. Pictures 1&2. It can clearly be seen how dead level they are. Ross will blame everyone and anyone for his incompetence and shoddy workmanship. They lifted the larger worktop which left a 'step' where the two worktops did not connect together. They stuffed packers underneath. They cut and removed a segment of my undercounter lights, along with wires connected to a main electrical junction box, which housed the undercounter and cupboard lights. When questioned, they denied all knowledge and said they had done neither. When they left, I found the lights and cut wires wrapped in a kitchen towel in the bin. Absolute LIARS. I refused to allow Ross or any member of his unqualified staff back into my property and requested a refund. They refused and I issued proceedings. They were not qualified or experts in fitting glass worktops. Ross admitted in his court papers, the chap that fitted the worktop was not qualified to answer questions why it shattered. I would not want anyone else to go through this, I lost a lot of money and it caused a huge amount of stress which led to illness. DO NOT USE OBJECTS IN GLASS. Save your money and use a reputable, qualified company who know how to fit bespoke glass worktops. I was fooled by their reviews and stupidly used a local company thinking I was supporting small businesses in my area.

Couldn't be happier with our glass splashback. It's so unique (they had hundreds of samples to choose from and were great at letting us take them home). Our fitter was 10 out 10 did a fantastic job. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone wanting a fab glass feature.

We were a little nervous deciding to have the large glass splashback. But we are so pleased with the outcome. The range to choose from was vast, and we were given plenty of time, and were gi even lots of samples to take home. The attention to detail of measurement and fitting was laser sharp. Thank you objects in glass, Id highly recommend you
