Update for 2023 - still same issues with hot food sitting around before you order and being served up cold, especially fries. You need to drop Uber Eats as they cannot even process a simple delivery order for you. App told me my order had gone through over an hour ago but apparently it didn't, Uber Eats Help line are not helpful and tell you to write to them and they will respond in 48 hours! Food purchased directly is often cold, seems to be a delay in food being bagged sometimes and brought out for collection. It may also be because chips are boxed before orders are taken which means they get cold by the time they are supplied.

Every time something is missing from the order this time McFlurry and Doughnut. No one answers the phone so it must be a common occurrence.
