        Great service. I somehow managed to snap the key off in the lock - locking myself out in the process! Ian was super helpful and got me back inside in no time, and then fixed the lock too. Highly recommend!

        Ian was really quick to respond when I broke my front door lock at the weekend and couldn't open it from the inside. I sent him pictures of the lock so he could identify the problem and part(s) required and he arranged to come first thing Monday morning. He was on time, very friendly, quick at fixing it and helpfully explained what the problem was. Definitely recommend! Thanks Ian :)

        I have been using Ian's services for a number of years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. From the smallest of jobs when the key in my bike lock broke and I was stuck in the town centre he came and fixed it, to larger jobs such as fitting locks to my garage door, and the big job of replacing all of the locks at our local church to name just a few examples of the work he has done for me. He has also got us into our house when we have been locked out. He can do it all. All his work is carried out with complete professionalism at very competitive rates. A definite 5 star rating. Highly recommend.
