Would give a 0 if I could, took some pc components to them to sell, they sat on it for a week before telling me they didn't have a CPU to test my motherboard. And when I inquired about monitor repairing and they told me it was a very simple job, but once I took it in the tone suddenly changed and I had to wait 5 days for it to be repaired, I ended up taking all my stuff back, the employees are okay, it's the owner/manager who is scummy.

"AVOID THIS SHOP" Took laptop in to have key board flat connector changed, picked it up after 3 hours, they had not fixed it. They broke different connector & damaged the cable, charged me 40 for this. After reading all these complaints where they have not fixed products, feel it is time to inform Trading Standards about them. More people need to report them to T.Standards.

Would have given 0 stars . Multiple repairs on the same item in space of a month .each repairs cause a further issue . Charged for multiple repairs even tho the repairs were caused by them . Work took a long time to be completed and was very sloppy. Damaged my item and missing screws .overpriced very poor workmanship. Will definitely not recommend using this shop. Will not use it again.
