Customer service needs improvement, didn't send quote as requested and was told to look for a part myself. The lady at Rexel next door got back to me in 10 mins with a price and free carriage upgrade.

I am not an electrician and had small job to undertake. The staff was very helpful in giving me advice and helped me to choose better items for my job.

This is a new branch,so everything was new, its very well laid out with plenty of parking. The staff are friendly and welcoming although you will need to book in advance you cannot just turn up.
