I would give zero stars if it was possible. Deposit was paid and had been patient, given the COVID impacts on delays. Communications was poor during this period and I was led astray that this was in the process of being manufactured. However 4 months down the line, I was informed that the signed off design would not be possible and in fact nothing was being made yet. From thereon, requesting for a refund was virtually delayed with an excuse 1 after another and in the end, luckily I was protected via credit card. False promises and poor communication. In some ways I am glad this never materialised. If the root is bad... not much can be said about the rest. Be careful and safeguard yourself if you choose to ignore this advice. Such a shame that in times when we need to be supportive of the community, we have companies like this that let us down.

Had our windows and door fitted today by Tony, Kevin and Mitch. Great guys, really knowledgeable and helpful and super quick! Would just advise people to be prepared for a wait for the arrival of the windows due to delays (covid and Brexit) - we will be keeping that in mind when we contact A&A to replace the other windows in the house.

Absolutely shocked by the attitude and behaviour of this company. Ruined my house with an appalling install certainly not made to measure or what we was promised. Then Aaron Jenkins attends my house and threatens my husband before scurrying off before the police arrive. Legal action will follow. Anyone has any reservations based in Harlow come and see the shambles of an install AA windows say is acceptable Once again the first time I have received an apology. AA windows boast of their support for the NHS but this is how frontline NHS staff are treated. Full of lies Aaron Jenkins and his band of con artists.
