Id never buy from this company again! Quick enough to take your money, send a product thats wrong, then dont answer my emails!

Absolutely awful company and even worse customer service. My order hasnt arrived and they refused to resend it, or give me a refund, telling me I need to wait for Royal Mail to refund them (between 3-4 weeks or longer!). Im still waiting for my call back which hasnt arrived. They havent answered the phone or any of my emails Ive had no success getting hold of them and my order hasnt arrived! Id leave 0 if I could!

sent the wrong size item completely different packaging to one advertised. Nearly 1 month later still no refund as promised. Replied to their e mail requesting information on order and still no response, very poor , Avoid this company.

I saw a negative review after placing my order and was slightly worried. I neednt have been. Items arrived no problem. And Royal Mail texted to advise my delivery iirc. Thanks.

SCAMMERS BEWARE They don't actually hold stock of most products they sell. When you make an order they will pay for a Royal Mail postage label which they later cancel just to pretend that the have sent your order and then blame Royal Mail. Tracking shows their parcels are never collected and never enter the Royal Mail Network. When you realise that you have been scammed and contact customer services they use delay tactics, hoping the hassle of dealing with the issue will make the customer forget about the order so that they can keep their money. When they finally agree to refund.... guess what.... they don't actually issue the refund. I was told my refund had been processed and 3 weeks later there is no refund. Please Be Aware - if they state they have issued a refund make sure to check as they don't actually refund and they keep the money. I have now opened a case with my bank which they will be charged for by their payment processer. Please stop scamming customers.
