New era, could not get the lorry in the drive despite having many normal lorries all the time - they can not drive a lorry. No oil and heating = crazy wife = not good times!!!

Ordered through boiler juice and got left with a delivery from this company, they didn't deliver the full 500 litres and only delivered 300 and left us short of 200! Avoid!!

Hayley Eustace Is an utter legend, So professional and offers a super quick efficient service. Always quick to respond and help as and when needed, one of the best account managers i have to deal with on a daily basis. Should defo be a valued memeber of any team and i think a payrise may be in order.

New Era Fuels is a great supplier. I have had an amazing level of customer service from my Account Managers Charlotte and Sam who have ensured that they have quoted myself promptly, given me accurate ETAs and resolved any issues I have had. The team are very supportive as I have also received great service from Emily, Hayley and Max who have helped me with a number of queries whilst my account managers have been tied up. I would more than recommend this company, not just for fuel but their whole product range.

Thanks new Era for the delivery today as cannot believe I ordered less than 24hrs previously through Boiler Juice. The driver was polite and arrived slightly earlier than the txt said. I did apologise as the scaffolding had not been removed as promised but he just got on with the job at hand. Can you pass on my thanks again. Vehicle reg no: EX63NJY. Also a final apology I could not get the 700lts in my tank. Boiler juice will have to return some money.
