A dishonest practice. They installed my crown poorly, so I then went in the next week to get it fixed. Whilst they acknowledged their original mistake, they still charged me for that second appointment to fix it. I'm not sure why I had to pay additional costs (in addition to the band 3 cost I had already paid), in order to fix their mistake. Surely the whole treatment should be covered by the initial band 3 payment I originally made -- including any appointments required to fix errors they made. It's a not-very-subtle money-grabbing approach, which is sadly common amongst NHS dentists. They lure you in with the NHS logo, so you think it will be affordable, but then they subsequently act more money-grabbing than any private dentist I've experienced. It's much better to go private than to deal with these dishonest people. Other reviewers have noted problems here. People should use a different dentist in Harlow.

I went here a year ago and did not have the best service. Its really hard to park anywhere around the area and the car park was full opposite. I tried to call and tell them 3 times I was running late but no one answered. When I was 10mins late they told me I had missed my app and had to wait another hour to be seen. When I saw the dentist Dr Iffath she was nice and pleasant and I needed a filling which she did a really good job and was pleased with her. The hygienist on the other hand Selina was so rough and harsh with my teeth, didnt care that she was hurting me and left me with anxiety of going to a dentist. Luckily I have another dentist surgery now who have helped me with my worries. I would not go back due to the way I was treated.
