        I was asked to "taste test" a new cookie flavour for "Mummy's ". Its a "lemon meringue " cookie with white chocolate chunks. This cookie is slightly crunchy on the outside, and soft in the centre. The centre has a wonderful mild lemon centre, along with the white chocolate chunks, that just melts in the mouth. On the top of the cookie is a fluffy meringue topping. A seriously decadent cookie. It is very sweet, but not too much. Ideal with a cup of tea. I would personally highly recommend not only this new flavour, but all the delicious cupcakes and cookies Mummy's makes. Wonderful presentation, wonderful product, very professional. New "lemon meringue" cookie. Delicious, sweet and wonderful mixed textures.
