Pretty awful service. Items going missing, back ordered items delayed with no notification, items not shipped together with no notification. Used to be reliable and easy to deal with. Now every order has mistakes or issues. I don't want to have to deal with them again

Bought fine polyester thread to use on my overlocker (SKAL 240 White) SKU 45422- fantastic - blends in really well on light colours using on Pink/Grey fabrics would highly recommend.
