Ive been in here twice in the last 2 weeks and both times been left stood at the counter .. staff are rude and cant be bothered to do there job

My fianc went into the store for some groceries with our newborn baby a short while ago & whilst paying for her items was told by the member of staff operating the till that our daughter would get frostbite in this weather implying she was inappropriately dressed for the cold. She had 4 layers of clothing on & two blankets also. This comment was made in front of queuing customers and partner left the shop mortified & called me in tears. Glad to see The Co-op trains staff to make such inappropriate & insensitive comments.

Doesnt open the time it said it should here at 9:12 on a Sunday according to website should be open from 8am but its closed

Went here to buy flowers for a birthday(about 11:30am). Found what I wanted but the queue to pay was @ least 8 people long!! Only one cashier on tills!? It took 5-7 mins. to get to the front. Luckily everyone was patient!!
