Great shop, live over the road from it and am always going there, had amazing service today from Kiera, absolutely lovely girl and she made me laugh which always goes a long way!

Meal deals are a scam. Items listed on the shelves as being included actually aren't. Complained to staff multiple but they just shrug and ask if I want it or not they can't do anything about it... Ummmm yes you can! It's called removing the labels as they're false advertising!

Just went into Manor Hatch Co-op to get some shopping and in a rush. Really nice gentleman served me. He packed my shopping in a bag for me that I didn't ask for and was not charged for the bag either. Very impressed. Feel bad though because they have a screen to tap how happy you are with your visit. Being in a rush I tapped dissatisfied when I was meant to press satisfied. Wrote this review as felt pretty guilty afterwards. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

Today I ordered some bananasfrom the Manor Hatch Store via Deliveroo and was sent a bah of rotting bananas Ive tried contacting the store but no one is answering and as im not well im unable to visit the store to get an exchange or refund I am very unhappy
