        Polite, professional and thoroughly efficient. Unfortunately I wasn't able to hire Thornwood to refurbish our commercial property due to unforeseen delays, however, Tom and his team were very organised and willing to go the extra mile to help with the planning of a very challenging project. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in future given their clear communication, professionalism and evident devotion to their trade.
