        The quality of printed documents is good, but they did not follow the instruction of one-sided printing for a thick document that I ordered despite clear description in my emails and their own invoice! I have reached out by emails and phone calls for clarification of the bill, but I got no response. Update: after seeing my review, Stuart emailed with an apology and there was another email from a lady called Jasmin saying that my complaint will be investigated. It has been more than two months now, I have not heard any updates from them.
