        Didnt bother to help with a part I needed for a tool Id just bought. Reminded 4 times over a 2 week period A further 2 weeks has now passed since James just needed to look at a tool in the back and get the right part Customers waiting for jobs and I couldnt do them so bought a new tool at a huge business expense. Thanks for the help
