The New Good Friend

1st time ordering from here, chose to as had a recent menu drop through door. Was impressed at speed of delivery, however when food arrived there was one item missing, phoned, and it was delivered within 10 minutes. The food reminded me of Chinese Takeaway food I had from years ago, honest Chinese food.... nothing pretentious, not fancy fusion food..... really enjoyed the meal, and will certainly be back to sample more of the menu

Will not be returning. My husband felt ill within an hour or so after eating their food and I was vomiting early hours the next morning after eating their food Dont even want to give this place one star. 10/2/23 Yes it was you we ordered from, I mistook your place with another until I checked the menus and realised, but didnt think my other review had posted to their site which has been dealt with. It shouldnt matter what we ordered? The point is it was off and caused sickness. Have tried to contact you tonight, only to be fobbed off by a woman, who come across as she doesnt understand what we are saying, but then claims the owner is not there in the same breath and then says you have no recognition of our order even though we have your number stored in our recent calls perhaps EH or the FSA would be more inclined to deal with this matter as weve tried
