        DO NOT USE FOR SAMSUNG TRADE IN. Sent my phone which had no issues. Got an email to say that it was "damaged" and "tampered with". They claim the colour was wrong and so demanded 50 excess. The phone was in near mint condition. These guys are crooks. They will use any excuse to squeeze cash from you. I've reported the incident to Samsung. Samsung have told me that they have had numerous similar complaints and are investigating MTR.

        Followed all the instruction, sent the phone. Payment said to be sent but I never received them on my account. Called them back to ask for it but they said payment is already sent, I have to deal with the rest. Later on, I receive an email saying that my future trades will be suspended. Wait, what? Scam artist!

        No issues on returning an old phone and getting same money as quoted by Samsung. Not all terrible experiences you know! Posted on Saturday and got money a few days later. Pretty good

        Terrible repair company. The process to get several phones replaced took over a month, hardly any communication from MTR and when the devices finally came back, only half of them were reassembled properly (the backs weren't quite stuck on properly). Two of the devices I have given out have already come back, one with continuous shutdowns and the other with an earpiece fault. Avoid at all costs.
