        Brilliant service ,phoned to see if wood was in stock ,sam even went to check on the shelves to make sure they had it .Jo was a great help lifting the wood . Paris has always been helpful. All round great service. Thank you

        The usual bad service at this branch I could not find something and instead of helping me staff thought it was funny and started taking the P#%* out of me, it would have been easier just to show me no ? Especially as I was in a hurry. My company is a national account holder I wont be putting any business your way in the future TP Harlow Id rather drive 20 mins down the road to Bishops Stortford branch! If you are in a hurry please plan your trip here I wasted 40 mins for 2 items I would also employ people on the desk who at least look like their not Stoned. Thanks again for nothing.

        Place an order online and when you get there you are met with confusion, the guys inside send you outside and the outside guys send you back in! Plus on top this is the second time I have turned up and there isn't stock despite the website showing 100+, no apology - instead tell me I should have called! Word of warning, when you call they check their computer for stock levels which is the same as the website shows!
