Huge thanks to Kurtis, Clinton and the team for their professional, knowledgable and quality service. We're over the moon with how our loft conversion has turned out. Amazingly they started a week ahead of schedule and continued to complete the project on track within 8 weeks, which is the benefit of being with a loft conversion specialist. They were always hand to answer questions and gave sound advice throughout. We contacted Kurtis after a recommendation from a friend and we're delighted to recommend Ridgeline Lofts to anyone else embarking on a loft conversion.

Couldnt be happier that we decided to chose Ridgeline Lofts for our Loft Conversion! Not only was Kurtis incredibly helpful from start to finish, going above and beyond to make sure he achieved the exact outcome we were after, his whole wider team & contractors used were a pleasure to deal with and were very respectful of us and our neighbours. We would highly recommend using Ridgeline lofts to anyone thinking of converting the loft in their homes. We are so so pleased with the amazing space we have gained, and owe Kurtis a huge amount for making this happen so smoothly!!! We will certainly be using them in the future if we ever need to do any loft work again. Couldnt recommend them more highly!

I would like to thank Kurtis, Owen and rest of the team from Ridgeline Lofts Ltd for completing our loft conversion project on time, budget and to a very high standard. The team acted professionally from the begining to end. The communication was great, we were informed about the progress of the project and consulted on time when we had to make a decision. Kurtis also helped us to design the bathroom and gave ideas on various other things such as gutter and roof. They are experts in loft conversion and also nice and friendly guys who take their job very seriousley. I would higly recommend them to anyone looking for a loft conversion.

We are really delighted to be able to recommend Ridgeline Lofts for a loft conversion project. From the very beginning Kurtis was professional, responsive and clear in his communication. There were no nasty surprises, and the project was delivered on time and on budget. Each member of his team of workmen was polite, friendly and considerate. We never felt like our personal space was being invaded, and the guys always ensured to tidy up at the end of each day. Communication was great, meaning we felt well informed on the status of the work so we were always prepared for the next stage. We have already recommended Kurtis and his team to friends considering a loft conversion, as from our experience, we are confident they wont be disappointed!

I used Ridgeline Lofts to complete a Rear Loft Conversion. I carried out significant research before opting to proceed with Ridgeline Lofts, mainly, in terms of how they work, company structure, what is sub-contracted & what is not sub contracted, completion of previous loft projects, having zoom calls with previous clients of Ridgeline lofts, with inspection of completed lofts. All of this came back positive so proceeded with my project with RL Lofts. In terms of quote, I felt RL Lofts were reasonable considering current market conditions for property/building development. A set of building control drawings was provided to RL Lofts from my architect, there was initially a 3-6 month lead time on commencing works but Kurtis the lead on the project, was flexible and was able to speak to another client who didn't mind waiting due to her financial constraints so works commenced much sooner which I was very happy about. The team work extremely hard and do not start other projects till yours is complete and this really was the best thing about RL Lofts, work ethic of turning up at 7.45-8am daily was impressive. The speed of the loft completion was admirable and focus throughout the project was very detailed at each stage aswell communication with myself as per the payment schedule so all parties aware if any delays (which there wasn't, so was an added bonus). RL lofts planning is excellent, each stage of works are seamless, so for example, scaffolding is ordered weeks in advance, all windows ordered before the loft is built, bathroom/tiles ordered many weeks before, so as the 1st fix plumbing is complete, fitting can commence of bathroom suite, etc. Whether it was layout of en-suite bathroom, or layout of the bedroom radiators/lights. RL loft team and sub contractors of glazers, electricians, plumbers, etc were very good and even when we wanted some additional work completed around the house, they were able to quote a reasonable price and get this finished promptly. Finally, just wanted to say a big thank you to Kurtis and the team! They have created a great space for me and my family. The pictures really do speak for themselves. Many friends and family have told me" it's a one of the best lofts they have seen"! Yet, this was only possible due to the construction skills & experience of RidgeLine Lofts to bring theoretical architect drawings to a practical spacious loft build, including some tweaks which provided us with lovely walk in wardrobe room. Well done! I would not hesitate to provide a recommendation to anyone who wishes to have a loft completed to a very high standard!
