Very disappointing service in Harlow branch. The person behind the desk was very unhelpful, borderline rude. I'm an existing customer who wanted to open a second separate account as a self employed sole trader. However the knowledge of the account eligibility was not there. The information given was completely incorrect. Ended opening an account in a different bank without any problems while I provided exactly same information.
