Will have been very helpful and professional in helping me applying for planning permission on my outbuilding in my garden and to change it use as a work from home business. Right from the start till the end Will is very quick with what he do from contacting me for informations to replying the council.         Robert recently designed our loft conversion which involved a tricky roof adjustment and some other challenging bespoke elements. We are very pleased with the outcome and the extra space the design has given us. He is extremely knowledgeable, practical and skilful with clear experience regarding the planning permission process via local authorities which he guided us through. Approachable throughout and available to field concerns and questions further down the line, long after his invoice had been paid. Would recommend.

        Many Thanks to Steve who prepared drawings and detailed structural calculations for rear single story extension and demolition of two internal walls. Now acting as our agent, already sorted out Lawful Development Certificate and submitted Full Plans to Building Regulations. Always replies to any emails promptly and notifies us about any progress immediately. Great and professional service that we wouldnt hesitate to use again in the future.
