        Rooms: Quirky but beautiful period rooms. Great nights sleep. Noteworthy details: The breakfast was outstanding and our host was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay again

        Wow what a find. An amazing historical wonder. The detail in the fixtures & furniture is remarkable, was hoping for a visitor from the 17th century but no luck. The owner was very welcoming, friendly, informative & amenable. Nothing seemed too much trouble , I had a fabulous spa bath in my room which was a fabulous surprise. I loved it & will definitely return if in the area, if a property of real character, stunning artifacts, history & grandeur is what you're after for amazing value this is the place. Rooms: Luxurious bed & sumptuous bathroom
