After calling several people to get quotes, spoke to Damien who was very helpful, knowledgeable and gave me free advice. The advice given worked and saved me paying out even though he lost a job. I would have been happy to give the job to Damien had the advice not fixed the issue. I will be using again if i have any issies with appliances and would highly recommend. Very responsive to initial enquiry, appointment booked without the usual lengthy delays as some companies, kept update with regards to arrival.. Can't recommend this company enough. Rang them at 5pm and they came the next morning at 9am. Quick fix at a fair price. Also went the extra mile and gave us some tips on how to maintain our washing machine. Thank you!

Fantastic service from Damien. The initial response was same day visit. By 4pm all parts were on order. Once the parts arrived which included the sealed drum unit a booking was made three working days later at a time that suited us to fit all the parts. This was a massive 3 hour job which Damien took on with no hesitation. The machine was basically rebuilt to new and now works like new.
