        After the first delivery failed we were initially told it was due to an "incorrect address" and then that "nobody was in" - both of which were false. This was all communicated by an extremely rude gentleman at the firm. I was ready to leave a 1 star review and then we had the pleasure of dealing with Sharon!!! Sharon went out of her way to assist us and was extremely helpful. For this reason alone this is a 5 star review. Sharon deserves a payrise.
