Charlotte was easy to work with, non-pressuring and extremely helpful in arranging, organising and planning everything. On the day of filming Charlotte came and met the videography team (Films by Scoop), ensure that they were set up and supported the whole process. Well what can I say Byra from start to well we are not finished as I keep giving them more projects !!, But they are brilliant. Really reliable, personable and take the time to really understand the clients needs. Not only that the honesty is very important to me as Ive gone through a lot of people who say they do marketing and have had false promises. Byra I can hand on my heart have being straight with me, met my exact requests and requirements and gone the extra mile. As of late with one technical fault the owner Charlotte worked through the night to sort for me. Now if that isnt service I dont know what is. I cant thank them enough for what they do and I cant wait to give them more work so they can generate me a lot more !! If there was an option to give more stars here I would. Amazing and very happy !!! 11/10
