My delivery has been sat at the depot for 3 days on their tracking app but no way of contacting them to find out why it hasnt been delivered

Absolutely shocking ! I got my parcel delivered to a day that I was in and nothing,2 days I was at home and they decided to deliver when Im at work again,you cant get hold of them via phone,email or live chat,absolutely disgusting company. There is a man who gave them 5 stars in here..he 100% works for them. The company have got serious problems with there email client as you cant use gmail as a new user in their app.

Would give 0 stars if possible. It took almost a minth for me to recieve my item and even then, it was delivered to the wrong address. The whole time I was trying to contact XDP and I continuously got "delivery on the way" messages. For weeks. It was infuriating. AVOID THIS DELIVERY COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Minus 100,if allowed?????.Wouldn't trust them too deliver their own parcels to their own house,proberly get lost.Utterly diabolical service,had comprehensive details of address and phone number,3 times got message tried to deliver your goods, unfortunately we were unable to complete this service.Utter Bollxxs.Avoid like COVID
