        Very positive experience. I ordered wrong size of chimney sweep and contacted sourcing 4u and spoke with Alex. Alex quickly sorted the issue out. I will be shopping with sourcing 4u again, pricing is very good and delivery is prompt.

        Ordered Wednesday, promised item by Monday. Had message saying item was 'out for delivery and would arrive by 8PM Monday' to be delivered by Royal Mail. Still no package Tuesday 4PM. Message now is 'sorry your item is delayed, we will inform you when it is out for delivery'. The tracking ID means nothing. Royal mail didn't recognize it, where else can I track it? Message now says 'please come back to us Friday if you have not received the item'. Friday is too late. Don't recommend.
