My daughter was in tears when she left the surgury today. Maria Beavet told my daughter whose cat is aggressive to flick her ear, swipe her and hiss back at her. I have never heard anything so appalling. She also advocates shouting at the cat to let her know who the boss is. Unbelievable. Her parting statement was that if my daughter cound not deal with the challenging behaviour behaviour zhd should consider rehoming her. My daughter has had the cat since she was eight weeks old. MY VERSION OF EVENTS IS ACCURATE. IT IS CLEAR THAT YOU ARE A RULE UNTO YOURSELF AND DO NOT TAKE ANY FORM OF CRITICISM. YOU ARE A SHOCKINGLY POOR VET AND YOUR ATTITUDE STINKS!!!.

We've used Cherry Tree Vets for years and love the friendly and efficient service we have had. Having the surgeries in both Diss and Harleston is wonderful for us as we live equidistant between the two. I would happily recommend Cherry Tree Vets.

I have had nothing but lovely experiences at Cherry Tree Vets! The staff there are amazing and very compassionate in hard times. Definitely recommend!

Excellent vets based in Diss and Harleston. Been with them since the day we bought our cat home and always been impressed with the service we receive and with Kloes Klub which we think is great value for money. Have just had our dog spayed and the day after you wouldnt be able to tell shed had major surgery. No attempted licking or scratching and no obvious discomfort. Check up appointments arranged when we picked her up and included in the very reasonable price. They also did all the paperwork and liaising with our insurance provider when we had a claim meaning we got the money back quickly and without any fuss. Also they took the time to send a handwritten card with some nigella seeds (which are now starting to sprout on our late cats favourite windowsill) when we lost said cat.
