Week later had to email to get an update which is when they told me it would be a few more days as it had to be ordered in from Husqvarna.
Another week later, still nothing and then no reply to my email.
Another week later, had to open a PayPal case which they didn't respond to either so PayPal awarded me a refund.
1 Month and a papal case later for a simple brake lever screw. Unbelievably bad service! Went to Fowlers Parts, much easier and professional.
