    Fantastic service from the admin office (Sylvanna & Matthew) & the moving team (Ben & his colleague). Everything went well and the moving team was extremely professional and friendly. We moved from Germany to the UK; I would highly recommend this company & their prices were competitive.

    I had a move done with them many years ago now but it's worth reiterating how bad it was. 1. Blankets not provided for furniture as promised 2. Items arrived broken 3. Items were lost in transit 4. Delivery drivers were unfit and old, some were rude 5. I had to help move my own stuff, 9 months pregnant because the guys I paid to do it were unable. 6. The Moving Partnership took no responsibilty for anything, they never tried to locate the stuff they lost, never compensated for breakages. 7. The moving partnership do not directly move your stuff, they are agents so they'll be nice as pie to you but they don't get their hands dirty. 8. Never again. Still even after all these years I remember how awful they were. I hope I never have to deal with a company that awful again, better to spend a little extra and get a better service. Steer clear.

    DO NOT EVEN THINK TO CONTRACT A SERVICE WITH THESE SCAMMERS. Very long ridiculous hellish story short (full review on Trustpilot): This company operate under these 2 rules: 1. Have a fake polite agent on the phone as a front to wash their hands off the services you have payed for them to do because they have contracted other companies to do on their behalf 2. Once they have your personal belongings secured demand more and more money under suspicious pretences whilst you are left to contact all the other companies involved yourself and convince them to break the chain of operations to deal with you directly so the process is hopefully done. Expect: - Having to constantly push them to do any one thing. - Have a supposedly 2 week delivery take 4 or + months. - Your nearly 5,000 service to suddenly need 640 more because they dont know how airlines calculate charges - Having your belongings abandoned at an airport with no customs agent or submissions assigned - Have to get the Ombudsman involved, etc.

    From beginning to end, my dealings with the Moving Partnership were exceptional. My 2,500-mile move from Sicily to the Highlands of Scotland came off flawlessly: 1. My initial contact with the office - that would be Matthew - was both friendly and professional. What they promised would happen, did happen and the price they quoted never varied. Subsequent contacts remained cordial - prompt replies were the norm. 2. The van arrived on Saturday morning as promised, and arrived on that Wednesday morning in Inverness, which had also been requested. Perfect as I had flown into Inverness on Tuesday night. Nothing was out of place; it arrived just as I'd packed it. 3. The driver, Chris Ingram, was marvellous to work with. A very kind, caring and hard-working chap, who knew what he was doing. 4. I couldn't have asked for more or better. I wouldn't give the overall experience a 10 (of 10), I'd give it at least a 12. Tony Caminiti
