Complacent management has allowed the knowing staff to filter off the better stock. Takings decreasing as a consequence. Was once a very good shop. On the donating side, be aware that many local people now avoid taking their stuff here due to the presence of one individual. This person has taken on the role of chief jobsworth. He is generally arrogant and unwelcoming and makes it difficult for people to give. Just the sort of person that should not be front of house at a donation station.
