I own a neighbouring cleaning company to Kelly's, and even though we sometimes cover the same areas, Kelly has always helped me out whenever we have asked, and has provided lots of support whenever we have needed it. On the occasions we have been unable to take on a new client, I have felt more than happy to pass it on to Kelly and her team, knowing full well that their reputation and professionalism will keep the customer happy.
