The Old Post Office - TOPO Norfolk

The house is beautiful and we enjoyed our massages and afternoon tea. However we weren't told that the hammam was broken until we were inside with the clay all over us (we weren't really told, I had to check). We were really disappointed this wasn't communicated to us before so we had the choice to still do it or not. We would've preferred to skip it, as we ended up inside the broken hammam cold and not relaxed at all. We were refunded for the hammam but we weren't given an apology, even after messaging Claire later to discuss it. It's a shame as we came to celebrate our birthdays and this put a damper on it. If things had been communicated with us clearly and a genuine apology was given we wouldn't have minded.

What a day!! The old post office is a truly wonderful place! Claire is so warm and welcoming and what she has done to the building is nothing short of a miracle! It's the perfect oasis to relax and retreat. It felt like visiting an old friend, if that old friend had impeccable interior design skills and incredible spa treatments at their fingertips! I was surprised as a birthday treat by my best friend and we've now decided, this is our thing for birthdays! My treatments were wonderful and the knowledge of both Claire and her therapists absolutely shines through. The afternoon tea was delicious. No detail was overlooked and being able to change in a beautiful room as opposed to a changing room felt like a real treat. I felt comfortable, taken care of and truly spoilt. I already can't wait to go back!

I went here with 3 friends to celebrate a 30th birthday and we were all very impressed. The massage I had was amazing. We were greeted with a glass of elderflower bubbly and provided with one of their lovely rooms to get changed in and chill while we all had our treatments. The afternoon tea was delicious, and they managed to cater for my friend who has lots of allergies. The atmosphere was really relaxed and friendly. Decor was beautiful. Excellent value when compared to other better known (and nowhere near as good) spas in the area. A real gem - feel lucky to have this place round the corner and am recommending it to everyone!
