Excellent service. Id been let down by Bensons so was looking for a mattress in stock before Christmas. They had exactly what I wanted in stock with free delivery and a very nice Fine bedding company mattress protector too. Excellent price and the lovely 2 man team put my mattress on the frame and took the packaging away.

I bought a super king mattress and a bed, and Richard was really helpful in arranging a special delivery as per my request. To my surprise, I was given the wrong dimensions of the room so had to change the order. Even though both items were already set to be delivered, Richard did his best and handled everything with the suppliers, was patient and very polite - despite the headache I know it caused. Only a couple more days for the updated items, and I can't thank them enough for their excellent customer service.

About 10 years ago I did some research and found out exactly what would be the best mattress for me and my partner's needs. There was nothing in the market with the specifications I wanted, but when I discussed it with these guys, they provided great advice and then spoke to the manufacturer who customised the mattress. They did not charge any extra for all the service, just a small extra from the manufacturer himself. Even when staying in 5* hotels, 9 out 10 our mattress beats any other in comfort. These guys are straight to the point, honest and the prices are usually lower than the competition -- I made sure to return to buy another mattress, and a bed, 10 years later. Trusted service hard to find these days.
