Thought I would treat myself to a bit of me time and have lashes done for holiday. Appointment booked for Tuesday , 10 mins before appointment due I recieve a call stating tech cant do them as she had to rush her child to hospital ( which I totally understand). Was offered another appointment on the Friday (3 days before my holiday), I had to juggle my own work around to fit this appointment in. Then morning of appointment tech calls me to say she is Ill and offers another girl to do them. Other tech then phoned me to explain she is a trainee and wont be able to do them in the time frame given as she is only a trainee! Totally unprofessional service was no expecting a trainee for a service I had been let down on originally. There is no time left for me o find another salon now so this is my reason for giving a 1 star rating, would definitely not be recommending this salon to others! Service: Eyelash extensions
